How we pick companies

Joinable lists a small set of tech companies and every job they have open, taken straight from each company's own hiring page.

What we look for

Companies that are well funded, respected and doing interesting work. In practice:

• Backed by a known investor, or profitable and independent at some scale.
• A product people have heard of, or real standing among developers.
• Substantial engineering.
• Senior people with room to decide things.

Plenty of great companies don't publish salaries, so we never count that against them.

What we leave out

Staffing agencies, recruiters, outsourcing firms, talent marketplaces, dev agencies, and companies that repost the same job in dozens of countries.

Where the jobs come from

Every day we read each company's own hiring page, and every job links straight to its real posting.
